Manila, Philippines – November 21, 2025 — Sicilian Roast, a name synonymous with reliable Italian dining in Manila, is celebrating its tenth anniversary with a significant brand evolution and the launch of its newest location at Molito Lifestyle Center in Alabang. This move expands the brand's presence to four locations across Metro Manila: Makati (Legazpi Village), San Juan (Santolan Town Plaza), Quezon City (The Arton Strip), and now Alabang.
Founded in 2015 as a modest neighborhood spot for handmade pizzas and hearty comfort food, Sicilian Roast has consistently grown its loyal following. CEO Lorenzo Vega emphasizes that while the brand has refined every part of its operation over the last year, its core promise remains: “We’ve always believed in serving honest food with soul and warmth. Ten years in, it’s still that passion that fuels us.”
New menu highlights include the Bottarga alla Carmen, a dish of angel hair pasta tossed with cured fish roe, created as a tribute to Lorenzo Vega's late mother, Maria del Carmen Vega, and her love for simple, honest flavors. The brand also highlights its partnership with Prime Cuts by Doubleday, allowing it to serve Ito Ranch Matsusaka Beef, Japan’s famed “Queen of Wagyu,” a testament to its focus on ingredient quality and craftsmanship.

With its updated kitchen, bar program, and welcoming design, the Molito branch is the culmination of ten years of learning and rebuilding, setting a new standard for upscale-casual Italian dining in the country. As Sicilian Roast steps into its second decade, the team is focused on expansion and menu evolution, committed to the values of care, consistency, and food that brings people together.
